Website accessibility
The site is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus styling, responsive layouts, skip links, reduced-motion support and attention to readable contrast and text sizing. Core service and policy information is available as ordinary text without requiring an account, animation or complex interactive component.
We aim to follow recognised web-accessibility good practice, but we do not claim that every page or third-party dependency has been independently certified as conforming to a particular WCAG level unless and until such an audit has been completed.
Communication adjustments
If you need information in a different format or an adjustment to the way we communicate, tell us what would help. Depending on the matter, this may include clearer written summaries, more structured questions, allowing additional processing time, breaking information into smaller steps, or communicating with an authorised representative, carer or supporter where appropriate.
Asking for a reasonable communication adjustment will not by itself affect whether we accept or continue a matter. Some adjustments may depend on the nature of the task, deadline and what can reasonably be provided.
Documents and evidence
If a document is difficult to access because of its format, let us know. Where reasonably possible, we will provide or create a more accessible working version without changing the evidential meaning of the original. The original source document may still need to be retained or submitted where required.
Known limitations and third-party content
Some documents supplied by clients, the DWP, HMCTS, healthcare providers or other third parties may not themselves be fully accessible. External websites and email applications are outside our control. If an inaccessible third-party document is central to your matter, tell us and we will consider what practical alternative can be provided within scope.
Accessibility feedback
If something on this website prevents you from accessing information or contacting us, email contact@theraeburngroup.com. Please tell us the page or document, the problem encountered, your device or assistive technology if relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help.
Accessibility feedback is treated as service-improvement information and, where it concerns an individual client or prospective client, in accordance with our privacy notice.
